I’m very proud of my first artistic publishing credit in Issue #3 of The Minison Project for for “Quatorze Arbres.”
Quatorze Arbres (Fourteen Trees) is a watercolor and ink painting. It was inspired by The Minison Project’s prompt for creative pieces influenced by the sonnet and its form. The painting features 14 autumnal trees that surround a long and empty road. The former is something I see all around me this time of year, and the latter is something I crave in this pandemic and quarantine.
I’m grateful to the writers and editors of Minison who deftly use the 14-letter format to make a beautiful magazine.
